We have been fortunate to get hold of some many people during this period, it was great to get feedback on our idea and get further in terms of developing it.
LexGraft provides startups between the Angel round and Series A with debt financing towards legal fees. Our target clients are B2B startups that are in the process of acquiring customers and need legal assistance to negotiate good agreements.
A benefit we offer to law firms is we pay them upfront for the services needed by the startup, thereby absorbing some of the risk the law firms have been taking on.

How Corona is affecting our startup
As many people are moving from working in their offices to working from home- it has been hard to find people to talk to about the business. People taking the social distancing very seriously which makes it interesting to build a startup right now.
Also Sequoia sent out the Black Swan email. Money is skeptical.
