New Yorkers are my favourite type of Americans- they don’t understand the art of doing anything quietly. Everything in New York is loud; the people, the subway, the rats have attitude and the beggars threaten to rob you.

Focus on your pizza, despite the background noise.

I had an interview for LexGraft outside a coffee shop near Union Square, I was recording our chat but I am scared to play it back because of all the background noise.

Thats life and entrepreneurship in general. A ton of background noise, but you just have to focus on whats in front of you.

We decided to pivot where we are going with LexGraft, and we are getting much better feedback. There are so many things wrong with the legal industry, which can be background noise, but we are sifting through noise to find the right signals. Its hard, kind of like finding an empty cab in New York rush hour, but just keep your hand up!
